Our extra-virgin olive oil, is of a truly superior category, characterized by its deep green color. Unfiltered, bright, and perfumed, it is obtained from the cold pressing of the fruits of the Cultivar Frantoio (Correggiolo). Harvested from our own trees, some of which are hundreds of years old, the freshly harvested olives are brought to the respected oil consortium Aldobrandeschi for pressing. Demonstrating a naturally low acidity, this beautiful oil is perfect for every gastronomic use.
